The 9/11 Commission Rejects own Report as Based on Government Lies

How long have we watered the Tree of Deceit with the blood of patriots? The Ground Truth: The Story Behind America’s Defense on 9/11 John Farmer’s book: “The Ground Truth: The Story Behind America’s Defense on 9/11″ (CINCINNATI, Ohio) – In John Farmer’s book: “The Ground Truth: The Story Behind America’s Defense on 9/11″, the author builds the inescapably convincing case that the official version… is almost entirely untrue… The 9/11 Commission now tells us that the official version of 9/11 was based on false testimony and documents and is almost entirely untrue. The details of this massive cover-up are carefully outlined in a book by John Farmer, who was the Senior Counsel for the 9/11 Commission. Farmer, Dean of Rutger Universities’ School of Law and former Attorney General of New Jersey, was responsible for drafting the original flawed 9/11 report. Does Farmer have cooperation and agreement from other members of the Commission? Yes. Did they say Bush ordered 9/11? No. Do they say that the 9/11 Commission was lied to by the FBI, CIA, Whitehouse and NORAD? Yes. Is there full documentary proof of this? Yes. Farmer states…“at some level of the government, at some point in time…there was an agreement not to tell the truth about what happened… I was shocked at how different the truth was from the way it was described …. The [Norad air defense] tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to us and the public for two years. This is not spin.” The 9/11 Commission head, Thomas Kean, was the Republican governor of New Jersey. He had the following to say… “We to this day don’t know why NORAD [the North American Aerospace Command] told us what they told us, it was just so far from the truth. . . ” When Bush’s own handpicked commission failed to go along with the cover up and requested a criminal investigation, why was nothing done? 9/11 Commission member and former US Senator, Bob Kerrey, says, “No one is more qualified to write the definitive book about the tragedy of 9/11 than John Farmer. Fortunately, he has done so. Even more fortunately the language is clear, alive and instructive for anyone who wants to make certain this never happens again.” With the only “official” 9/11 report now totally false, where do we go from here? Who is hurt by these lies? The families of the victims of 9/11 have fought, for years, to get to the truth. For years, our government has hidden behind lies and secrecy to deny them closure. In 2006, The Washington Post reported…”Suspicion of wrongdoing ran so deep that the 10-member commission, in a secret meeting at the end of its tenure in summer 2004, debated referring the matter to the Justice Department for criminal investigation, according to several commission sources. Staff members and some commissioners thought that e-mails and other evidence provided enough probable cause to believe that military and aviation officials violated the law by making false statements to Congress and to the commission…” What does Farmer’s book tell us? Farmer offers no solutions, only a total and full rejection of what was told and his own his own ideas concerning the total failure of honesty on the part of the government, a government with something to hide. Farmer never tells us what. Nobody could keep a job in the public sector speaking out more than Farmer has. What were Farmer’s omissions? There are some. Now that we know that intelligence given the 9/11 Commission wasn’t just lies from our own government but based on testimony coerced through torture from informants forced to back up a cover story now proven false, a pattern emerges. We know that, immediately after 9/11, many more potential suspects and informants were flown directly to Saudi Arabia by Presidential order than were ever detained and questioned. We will never know what they could have said. Their testimony would have been vital to any real investigation were they not put beyond the reach of even Congress and the FBI. Putting aside all other questions of recent evidence of CIA involvement with bin Laden prior to 9/11 or altered physical evidence involving the Pentagon attack, any failure to call to account the systematic perjury committed by dozens of top government officials, now exposed as a certainty is an offense to every American. What do we know? We know the conjecture about 9/11 still stands but for certain, we know we were lied to, not in a minor way, but systematically as part of a plot covering up government involvement at nearly every level, perhaps gross negligence, perhaps something with darker intent. Are we willing to live with another lie to go with the Warren Report, Iran Contra and so many others? Has the sacrifice of thousands more Americans, killed, wounded or irreparably damaged by a war knowingly built on the same lies from the same liars who misled the 9/11 Commission pushed us beyond willingness to confront the truth? Have we yet found where the lies have begun and ended? There is no evidence of this, only evidence to the contrary. The lies live on and the truth will never be sought. The courage for that task has not been found. Can anyone call themselves an American if they don’t demand, even with the last drop of their blood, that the truth be found?How long have we watered the Tree of Deceit with the blood of patriots?

Anarchy?… Looming Government Shutdown

Will airports shut down because air traffic controllers have gone on leave? Will those mean Republicans throw granny out in the street when Social Security stops sending payments? Will everyone who receives checks in the mail see their income dry up because the Post Office shuts down?… ~ James M Simpson

As the battle of the budget wages on, the March 4^th D-Day moves inexorably closer, and with the Continuing Resolution passed in the House of Representatives early this morning, including two amendments by Rep. Steve King (R-IA) to defund Obamacare, the media is increasingly raising the specter of a possible government shutdown. What every Republican, every patriot, every person conceivably affected needs to understand is how this will impact average Americans.

The Democrats will tell you that and more. A Google search of “government shutdown” brings up pages describing dire consequences. But if you follow the links you will see that this is more a reflection of leftist web domination than anything else.

The greatest consequence of a government shutdown will be the Democrat-generated media hysteria we will have to put up with unless/until they get their way. They will demagogue at every opportunity, describing fantastic scenes of nationwide anarchy. They will do what they always do, about the only thing they do well, and in fact have already begun doing:

* They will lie.

President Obama almost immediately threatened that Social Security checks would stop coming.

* He lied.

Think Progress, the archetypical radical left propaganda rag, interviewed freshman Republican Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA), who pooh poohed worries about a government shutdown. They didn’t ask him to qualify, but later attempted to discredit his message:

Kelly’s assertions are simply not true. One need look no further than the federal government shutdown of 1995 for proof. During the nearly four-week shutdown, Social Security checks were not mailed and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements were disrupted.

* They lie.

The whole article is a carefully constructed deception—an echo chamber for Democrat demagoguery. Follow the links. They’re hoping you won’t.

The first link goes to a Wikipedia entry that describes the 1995 shutdown. No mention of social security checks. The second goes to an article at Talking Points Memo, the hard left smear site. It simply quotes more Democrats, like Clinton Treasury Secretary Robert Reich and Donna Shalala, then HHS Secretary. She said, “It was a mess, frankly, and devastating to the civil service… It seems to me it’s un-American…”

Devastating to the civil service…

I find that telling. Her biggest concern is the impact on… government. And what a joke. We are talking about two shutdowns here, one of five days and another of three weeks—merely a long vacation for most government bureaucrats.

Un-American? Well, she should know.

According to TPM, Shalala provided a list of payments that would stop: “Social Security checks, Medicare reimbursements…welfare checks to the state, Medicaid checks to the state.”

* She lied.

Think Progress even absurdly cites a report by the Center for American Progress. The Center is run by far, far left, former Clinton Chief of Staff John Podesta, and described by former Weather Underground Obama supporter Mark Rudd as “Obama’s government in waiting.” Yet another echo chamber.

The Think Progress article then cites some statistics from a 2004 Congressional Research Service report on government shutdowns, implying that the CRS concurred regarding all these ill effects of the shutdown.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The Congressional Research Service is one of the few remaining organizations within the U.S. government that produces serious, unbiased analysis. Part of the Library of Congress, it is the go to organization when members of Congress want the unvarnished truth. By citing CRS, Think Progress attempts to impute integrity to their fraudulent propaganda. Once again, they are hoping you don’t look up the actual report, which they did not link to.

* Think Progress lied.

The CRS report is explicit regarding those government services that will not be disrupted. Cut and pasted directly from the report:

Essential Services and Personnel

A 1980 Office of Management and Budget (OMB) memorandum defines “essential” government services and “essential” employees as those:

1. providing for the national security, including the conduct of foreign relations essential to the national security or the safety of life and property;

2. providing for benefit payments and the performance of contract obligations under no-year or multi-year or other funds remaining available for those purposes;

3. conducting essential activities to the extent that they protect life and property, including: 

* medical care of inpatients and emergency outpatient care;

* activities essential to ensure continued public health and safety, including safe use of food, drugs, and hazardous materials;

* continuance of air traffic control and other transportation safety functions and the protection of transport property;

* border and coastal protection and surveillance;

* protection of federal lands, buildings, waterways, equipment and other property owned by the United States;

* care of prisoners and other persons in the custody of the United States;

* law enforcement and criminal investigations;

* emergency and disaster assistance;

* activities that ensure production of power and maintenance of the power distribution system;

* activities essential to the preservation of the essential elements of the money and banking system of the United States, including borrowing and tax collection activities of the Treasury; and

* activities necessary to maintain protection of research property.

* conducting essential activities to the extent that they protect life and property, including:

* providing for the national security, including the conduct of foreign relations essential to the national security or the safety of life and property; 

 

* providing for benefit payments and the performance of contract obligations under no-year or multi-year or other funds remaining available for those purposes;

Let me be absolutely clear here. There will be no disruption in Social Security, welfare, civil service retirement, or any other kind of open-ended mandatory program payments. The mail will not stop because the Post Office is largely self-funding (with you know, those stamps you buy to mail things with). Air traffic controllers will not go on furlough, jets will keep flying, the Border Patrol will keep on attempting to secure the border that Janet Napolitano wants unsecured, and our military will stay in the fight, however poorly and treasonously led by the current Commander-in-Chief.

Will there be adverse effects? Absolutely. We are talking about a government shutdown. But they are not the dire consequences Democrats are hyping. The only people who will really notice the government shutdown are government workers themselves, and most importantly, Congressional Democrats.

Notice that the CRS Report link is directly from the Democrats’ House Rules Committee website. So the Democrats know all this, but they blatantly lie about it. They have an advantage in doing this because the media relentlessly echoes their message.

The Republicans’ job from here on in is to point out the facts. Every Republican in Congress should be pounding out this message. In 1995, they utterly failed at this, when Newt Gingrich reportedly made it all about him, suggesting he threatened a shutdown because Bill Clinton dissed him on Air Force One. Forget Newt for President.

Republicans also must pound the airwaves with reminders that a government shutdown would be due entirely to Democrat intransigence. Republicans are merely trying to keep their pledge to the American people, who in November of 2010 sent an unmistakable message to the Democrats: knock it off!

One possibility remains. Given his penchant for defying law and the Constitution through regulatory subterfuge, President Obama could possibly change the ground rules and crank up the pressure by actually ordering the Social Security Administration to stop sending checks. Once again, it will be incumbent on Republicans to explain that Democrats are choosing to do this.

This is a critical juncture in our Nation’s history. Republicans must demonstrate some intestinal fortitude for a change. A few days ago, I posted an article demanding that Speaker Boehner put up or shut up by allowing amendments to the Continuing Resolution that would defund Obamacare. Given that the bill passed the House with such provisions, it appears he decided to put up.

Speaker Boehner and House Republicans, you have the voters on your side, you have the facts on your side, and never in our history has it been more important for you to take a principled stand. Do not back down in the face of the Democrats’ government shutdown threats. We don’t want that, but if Democrats insist on continuing to trash our country, I say, “bring it on!”

Obama’s ‘Dirty Work’ and ‘Hidden’ Agenda… Setting Up the INDIANS to Get it Done!

Idaho pro-Obama bosses are trying to muscle-through ‘Custer Legislation’, so that the (Red) Indians can at last get their own back on white men – cowboys and Indians all over again!

The idea is to give Indians total legal control over any non-Indian who even passes through their territory. They would be tried under separate tribal laws, and even if the accused comes from outside the reservation, they cannot call in outside help or legal counsel! And only Indians would be allowed to sit on the jury. Watch out for revenge from Indians who are filled with leftist revisionist history!

The bright-sparks who are trying to bring this in are Idaho Attorney General Wasden and US Attorney Thomas Moss. They have been working out the details for the past six months… and everyone in the USA should ask “Why?” What is the point of making parts of the USA free from state and national laws?

Europe – a Map for the USA…

The EU, that monolith no-one voted for and which has now taken control over every aspect of life in all member states without the authority of the people, has drawn up a new map of Europe. Literally. In it, the country of England simply does not exist. Other smaller countries have also disappeared. It is a future map of what the EU wants Europe to be like in the very near future. At the same time, the EU encourages each member country to devolve power to smaller regional Assemblies, each making its own laws… but at least each law must be consistent with whatever the EU demands.

At first each country picked and chose which laws to implement even though they opposed national laws (just like the Idaho situation). Then, they were all harmonized, again without consent of the people. It is just desensitization on a grand scale.

Why do it? That’s simple. By devolving power to smaller regional units, the EU can get rid of ‘countries’ and get on with creating a massive European state consisting only of regions, each answerable to their own ‘countries’, but each country, if it still exists, will be a rubber-stamper of whatever the EU wants. In other words, smaller units without country affiliations are controlled directly by the EU, and are much easier to bring into line than whole countries. It also means that when the EU is fully operational, regions have no power.

Remember I said look for the loose connections; things that are happening that appear to have no connection to each other? I believe the Idaho idea is another one of those connections… another dot to add to the larger picture.

Why should a state create a law-region within itself, unlinked to the greater laws? Is this the start of an EU-style take-over of power? At one end we have Obama’s promise to hand over the USA to the UN, and the UN’s decision to work in harmony with Interpol, who has immunity (for no good reason) from US laws. At the other end, we have this seemingly small ‘concession’ to create laws within laws.

Now join the dots! In between will come more states offering more similar powers to their own reservations and then even to conglomerates and others. There will then be pockets of laws-within-laws within states, each incompatible and fracturing the legal system wide open. What is the result of this? Confusion and uproar! Now join more dots… what is a prime aim of communism? That’s right – confusion and uproar!

Red Dawn…

Can you see a picture emerging? Obama’s picture of a Marxist Red Dawn? We are seeing Marxism by invitation of the elite. Don’t think the Idaho AG is working on his own, or that he has suddenly had this great idea. His idea comes from higher up. The government is working towards a Red future, and it makes very sure its minions create objectives that fulfil their aims. So, who, above Wasden, is pulling his strings? And how much is he getting?

Look closely at the idea of creating pockets of law within states, that are not controlled by that state. It is chaotic. And that’s what Marxists love, because making chaos is necessary for them to impose their draconian requirements on the people. Can you now see the dots joining? It is a breaking-up of power, just as in Europe. Without this notion of breaking-up state power, there is no reason at all to bring in such a foolish piece of devolution!

The Idaho Sheriff’s Association does not want this kind of devolution. But, how many laws has Obama ridden rough-shod over to get his own way? How many laws does he ignore in his mindless rush to make the USA Red?

The Sheriff’s Answer…

County Sheriff Doug Giddings said he invited a lobbyist to speak to him about the idea. Then, he presented it to the Sheriff’s Association in December. They “voted unanimously to NOT back the legislation”. And, as Giddings adds, “We’ve discussed it every way but Sunday, and it doesn’t do any of us any good. The Feds and the tribe are the only ones to gain power and authority over non-tribal on the reservation…. I vote ‘No’.”

Exactly – there is no sense in it, because it makes things worse, not better! The only sense is that it is part of a far greater plan from outside. I have already outlined what that plan is. I believe my response is an ‘educated guess’, because it is based on knowledge of how Marxists work out their strategies, and by knowing the history of communism and Obama. The dots are emerging thick and fast… all you need to do is join them.

County Commissioner…

Idaho County Commissioner Skip Brandt adds his comments to the furore. In an email dated 27th January he quotes Professor Alexander Tytler who said 200 years ago that people in a democracy allow a government to exist only insofar as they can get financial gain from it. So, they vote for whoever promises the most, “with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by as dictatorship.”  Evidently, Brandt has already joined the all-to-obvious dots!

Another clue comes from Benewah County Prosecuting Attorney, Douglas Paul Payne, who also implies a deeper agenda in his own email to fellow Attorneys: “This issue may seem unimportant to counties that are not concurrent with a reservation, but it involves issues beyond county/tribal relations.” So, that’s another key figure who sees the agenda and has joined the dots.

The tribe wants the legislation (of course they do!) but the Sheriff’s oppose it, for real practical and ethical reasons. As usual, and as Payne tells us, this matter has not been discussed… it is another of those secret Obama-ations to make a communistic grab for power.

The proposed bill is the State and Indian Tribal Cooperative Law Enforcement Act. One tribe has framed and pushed this proposed law, but another two have not. That a smaller unit within a state can be free of state laws is amazing, because there is no accountability (another Obama specialism). If passed, the law would “violate Art IV sec. 20 of the Idaho Constitution…”  Well, what d’ya know – yet another act against a constitution.

Obama set the ball rolling, and now everyone of Marxist mind is running with it, knowing he would approve. It also violates art. XVIII sec. 6, because the state sheriff cannot appoint the deputies, so they would act without his authority. There are numerous other violations. So, to create a separate legal entity within the state, one has to violate any laws pertaining to it. The idea also violates the national Constitution… but hey, who cares? Obama does it all the time.

It would mean that any non-tribal person should be warned never to enter the tribal lands for any reason, because they could be liable to arbitrary arrest and sentencing by those not appointed by the state!

Payne goes on to say: “It is important to all Idahoans not to establish a precedent of delegating state law enforcement power to anyone not answerable to the people subjected to that power.”

He says “Counties have been enforcing state law on reservations for 120 years and there appears no immediate emergency. Curiously, this bill is being rushed to the floor.”  Just like many other Obama moves! There is no reason to implement the bill… so there has to be an external prompt with an hidden national agenda.

Skip Brandt advises that the proposed bill is not found on any open agenda and has not yet been printed! Says a lot, eh? It is not found because it can then be rushed through for quick approval.

Conclusions…

Obama’s election (?) had brought many adverse groups out of the woodwork. They have been emboldened to not just act more openly and decisively, but also outside the law and Constitution. Laws and state/national Constitutions are just pushed aside and changes are being made without approval of the people. Money seems to be at the root of it all.

If the bill passes through it will create another precedent, one so huge as to threaten national security and society. There are now so many dots to join we cannot keep up! There will be the inevitable cronies who say there is no plot – but this is not what Idaho’s legal folks and sheriffs say!

The Central Idaho Post is bravely opposing the proposed bill and is asking for all state citizens to write in opposition to the AG of the state. I believe the issue is far bigger, as Attorney Payne tells us, and should involve everyone in the USA. Interpol already has immunity from US laws. Separate tribal laws will only serve to feed this external UN force, and support it. It could mean that the UN will be able to riddle the US with its policies and laws, through Interpol, who can operate via tribal laws, weakening the US from within.

And remember what I have said before… Obama’s men are making sure new precedents are being created, in readiness for much bigger changes in the near future. Don’t let the dots join themselves, because by then it will be too late. Fight these abysmal traitorous, unconstitutional changes NOW. Stop Obama’s men in black, or wake up tomorrow to a totalitarian dictatorship. It is an aim Obama is working towards… that part isn’t a guess!

some of the downloads I posted above are .rm files, or real media files… If you have real player, I sugest you get rid of it, as it can be a system crashing nightmare – here’s the Real Alternative Player that comes with no spyware but high recommendations.

If you’re as serious about watching all this stuff as I am, you need a download manager. If you don’t already have one, this is the best free download manager I’ve found that works with windows 95, xp & all versions inbetween. Any better recommendations would be gratefully welcomed – I’ve heard that Firefox has it’s own download manager – I’m still using IE, but I’d like to know more about the pros & cons of Mozilla & Firefox if anyone has time to share – all recommendations will be passed on. I’m really starting to think about switching to firefox, I’ve just got to make sure it’s supported by Earthlink, which is my provider – they have a flash blocker, which has changed my myspace experience drastically for the better, seeing as I am limited to a maximum of 48Mb of RAM with the current second-hand equipment I have.
