Federal government wants to jab healthy children with untested anthrax vaccine just to see if it works

(NaturalNews) There is currently no known threat of a bioterrorism attack, let alone any sort of tangible threat of widespread anthrax poisoning. And yet a group of advisers to the federal government’s National Biodefense Science Board (NBSB) are now suggesting that healthy children be injected with an untested anthrax vaccine just to see if it offers any sort of protection from anthrax poisoning.

This outlandish proposal marks a new low in the federal government’s public display of respect for human life, and is one that many are decrying as completely unethical and just plain dangerous. And yet the Obama administration‘s NBSB is very seriously considering approving it, and will vote on it this upcoming Friday.

Daniel B. Fagbuyiof from the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC, recently tried to defend the proposal to the Washington Post (WP) by generating fear about a potential future biological attack. He alleges that if children do not get the vaccine now for research purposes, they will end up getting an untested version of it later.

But not everyone is buying into the fear-mongering, including Joel Frader, a pediatrician and bioethicist from Northwestern University‘s Feinberg School of Medicine. He and others suggest that any proposal to use healthy children as vaccine guinea pigs is absurd, and that “it would be difficult to justify testing [the vaccine] on kids simply on the hypothetical possibility that there might be an attack.”

The other issue is that the same vaccine, which has already been tested on adults and administered to military servicemen, leaves much to be desired in the effectiveness department. It is also linked to causing serious health conditions such as hearing loss, neurological problems, and Guillain-Barre syndrome.

“Unlike measles, mumps and other diseases, the chance that children will be exposed to anthrax is theoretical, making the risk-benefit calculus of testing a vaccine on them much more questionable,” wrote Rob Stein from WP concerning the vaccine.

“[T]here are serious questions about the vaccine’s effectiveness in adults as well as concerns about sometimes serious complications among those vaccinated in the military. A variety of complications have been reported, including nervous system and autoimmune disorders.”

How hospitals violate healthcare worker vaccine rights – with impunity

(NaturalNews) Following swine flu emergency declarations in 11 states, Washington D.C., American Samoa and the entire U.S. in 2009, hospitals around the country began implementing new flu vaccine mandates for their employees. Healthcare workers who worked for decades without getting vaccinated were suddenly faced with choosing between getting vaccinated and getting fired. Some had observed over the years that it was the vaccinated workers who most often took sick leave each winter to recover from flu-like illnesses. Nevertheless, since the so-called pandemic,[1] hospitals have increasingly been requiring vaccination for their employees. And the pro-vaccine rush hasn’t stopped there. In more recent months, entirely new categories of employees have been facing vaccine mandates, including airline employees, pharmacists, and hospital sales reps. Ultimately, all workers and adults will be in the sites of the rapidly advancing pharmaceutical vaccine agenda. Presently, immunization laws and policies for healthcare workers vary widely from state to state and from hospital to hospital. According to the CDC, some states have statutory vaccination requirements for healthcare employees, some have only recommendations, some have requirements and recommendations, and about 20 have no requirements or recommendation at all, leaving the matter entirely to hospital policy.[2] Of the 12 states that require one or more vaccines, only six offer a medical exemption, two offer medical and religious (Maryland and New Hampshire), and one offers medical, religious and philosophical (Maine). So, where employer-required vaccines are concerned, most healthcare workers are dealing with hospital policy only or a mixture of policy and state law. In the absence of applicable statutory exemption laws, hospital employees are left with indirect legal arguments to support the right to legally refuse vaccines in the workplace without penalty. Here’s an overview of one approach: Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination of employees covered by the Act on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.[3] With regard to religion, employers must reasonably accommodate their employees’ religious beliefs unless it would cause an undue hardship for the employer. (What potentially qualifies for a religious exemption is quite broad, but there are also legal pitfalls to avoid.)[4] However, since Title VII does not specifically mention healthcare employees and vaccines, we have to look to legal precedent to get a definitive legal answer to the question of whether or not — and if so, how — Title VII applies to this specific situation. Unfortunately, there appears to be no legal precedent on this specific point. So, we must assess the strength of the legal arguments for and against an employee’s right to refuse vaccines in the workplace for religious reasons under Title VII. For starters, don’t worry if you’re not a member of a church with tenets opposed to immunizations. First Amendment protection of the “free exercise” of religion is broad. Virtually anyone who is not an atheist can potentially qualify for a vaccine religious exemption. When assessing whether or not hospitals can “reasonably accommodate” their employees’ religious beliefs, we could examine the herd immunity theory (all are protected if most are immune) vs. the heightened infectious disease concerns in hospitals, but since there are hospitals around the country with Title VII policies allowing employees to refuse vaccines for religious reasons, this hospital environment debate may be a secondary concern. In fact, the federal government even recognizes a possible Title VII exemption for religious objections to pandemic vaccines during a declared pandemic.[5] So, if a hospital refuses to accommodate their employees’ religious beliefs by refusing all vaccine religious exemptions, period, they are confessing, in effect, that infectious disease is a greater concern for them than other hospitals that do allow Title VII exemptions. Of course, few if any hospitals would argue this as their reason for rejecting any and all employee religious exemptions. Perhaps there’s another reason… (Did I just hear someone say: “Follow the money”?) But there’s a more insidious aspect to this. Many hospital employees are “at will” employees. They can’t be fired for an unlawful reason, but they can be fired at any time for no reason. So, if a healthcare worker is denied an exemption and successfully sues their employer under Title VII, they may get their job back, but they may also be terminated shortly thereafter for “no reason”. The practical result is that some hospitals get away with violating their employees’ rights, because they can, and not because they have a good-faith legal argument favoring their pro-vaccine position. Employees whose employer takes a hard line “so sue me” position may not have much of a choice. Fortunately for now, the majority of hospitals appear to recognize a Title VII right for their employees to refuse vaccines for religious reasons, and most of my healthcare worker clients have been successful in refusing vaccines and keeping their jobs without facing the decision of whether or not to sue. As long as you avoid the legal pitfalls and your employer has a religious exemption policy, there’s a good chance of success. If your employer requires vaccines you wish to avoid, the first step is to find out what your employer’s exemption policy is. It’s best not to talk about your religion or religious beliefs before finding out what the policy is and what beliefs do and don’t qualify, legally, for religious exemptions. Unfortunately, this is an arena where a common sense approach can cost you the exemption; what many people think should qualify as a religious objection often doesn’t. For example, copied belief statements can be rejected as insincere, so copying from anti-vaccine websites is risky. These websites mean well, and I mean no disrespect, but they don’t understand the law. People have needlessly lost exemption rights by relying on anti-vaccine websites in the exercise of vaccine religious exemptions.[6] If your employer has an overly strict policy — e.g., requires membership in an organized religion or support from a religious leader — they are, arguably, overstepping their legal boundaries. You may need an attorney to explain your rights to your employer, to cite the legal precedent that supports your right without having to meet either of these requirements. If they have a lenient policy and ask only for a statement of your beliefs, that’s better, but you should still consider consulting an attorney to avoid the legal pitfalls, as this is one arena where your beliefs are likely to be closely scrutinized for flaws that would allow them to reject you. Disturbingly, some hospitals have even rejected a medical doctor’s recommendation that an employee not be vaccinated. The best long-term solution, then, may be for all concerned to become legislatively active. We need to educate our representatives about the true risks and failings of vaccines and the many better and safer means of addressing infectious disease concerns. We need new laws that allow informed choice, require transparency for all conflicts of interest, and that require prosecution of corruption. I’m happy to help activists anywhere in the U.S. with any pro-informed-choice vaccine legislative initiatives and with legal arguments against limitations on vaccine exemptions and adding more vaccine mandates. New York City and Washington, DC experienced a rather powerful, shallow earthquake this afternoon, just as a category 1 hurricane is making its way towards the Eastern seaboard.  While these two events seem to be completely seperate, I have a feeling that they could be connected.  Follow me down this rabbit hole, if you will, in a short exercise in conspiracy theory building.

In 1997, US Secretary of Defense William Cohen made the following statement at a well-attended conference on weapons of mass destruction, “Others (terrorists) are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves….So, there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our own (counterterrorism) efforts.”

If you think about it, that’s actually a pretty ominous statement coming from a sitting Secretary of Defense!

And consider that if our government believed terrorists were engaging in these pursuits back in 1997, you can sure as well assume our government, for better or worse, is currently well along in pursuing these abilities as well.

Now, there is a gentleman named Richard C. Hoagland who knows something more about all of this. Hoagland is a scientific researcher with some clout. He was technical science adviser to Walter Cronkite during the Apollo missions, worked with Carl Sagan developing the message discs placed aboard Pioneer spacecraft and has had a close working relationship with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory for many years. Hoagland’s own independent research group is called The Enterprise Mission.

Hoagland claims, among other things, that after scouring hundreds of hours of satellite radar images from a variety of sources, he has documented a phenomenon which he believes is evidence that someone or something is affecting the path and intensity of tropical storms and hurricanes in the Atlantic Ocean. The satellite image loops of the storm tracks indicate some anomalous and erratic behavior in the path and intensity of Hurricane Ophelia.  They show Ophelia as a well-organized, strong category 1 storm off the southeast coast of the US.  Over very warm, late season open water, the US Weather Service predicted a category 4 storm within 24 to 48 hours and the westerly path of the storm track had it headed for landfall along the mid-Atlantic coast.

Instead, in less than 12 hours, the storm had change course and dissipated completely.  The radar image shows something very strange occurring to the storm. As the storm tracks west towards the coast, the satellite precipitation image reveals two extremely heavy, nearly parallel bands of precipitation emanating, in waves from the east, directly toward the eye of the storm. As these heavy bands of precipitation intensify over Hurricane Ophelia, the storm begins to change course, dissipate and is quickly extinguished. The effect is quite dramatic and not at all natural looking. The fact is, intensely heavy bands of cool rainfall falling on the eye of a well organized hurricane, through which the warm waters of the ocean below rise to provide energy and circulation to the hurricane, would have the effect of interfering with that energy flow and for all practical purposes, starving the storm of its fuel.

This is extremely similar to what was currently predicted for Hurricane Irene that is currently making its way up the East Coast.  Until now.  Coincidentally, the time frame leading up to Virginia/DC/New York area experiencing freak seismic activity, Hurricane Irene begins to weaken and move off course, avoiding its initial path of Havanna, inland Florida, the Carolinas, and eventually, the Washington, DC area.  The newly projected paths show that it may barely clip the eastern coast, if at all.  Just as Ophelia did when it threatened the same region.  However, we have microwave imagery of Ophelia and later discovered the anomalous bands of energy and cold rain that pulled it away from the coastline.

It is still yet to be determined with any certainty whether Hurricane Irene will continue out into the ocean and subside or will it regain its strength and head back inland?  The forecasted path certainly changed to a large degree around the time of the earthquake, but I’m not ready to claim that it was altered.  It’s merely an interesting parallel.

UPDATE – August 25th, 2011 :

Hurricane Irene’s New Path – Aug 25th

It would appear that the hurricane has taken a drastic turn for the worse, ramping up to a category 3 and 4, with an altered path directly through Washington, DC and New York City as it tears up the Carolina coasts.  I would be especially interested in finding some various imagery of the hurricane 12 hours before and 12 hours after the DC and Colorado quakes, namely in the microwave spectrum.  Please keep in mind that I am merely pointing out the strange coincidences involved in the quakes, potential-HAARP interference patterns and likely outcomes.  The technology exists to alter storms – both to diminish them and intensify them.  So, if this storm poses such a concern for the global financial markets, national politics and major metropolitan infrastructures, then it could certainly be altered for a better outcome.  Since it is in fact doing the complete opposite, I can only assume that it is engineered to do exactly that.  We will see.

UPDATE II – August 26th, 2011 :

A reader directed me towards CIMSS, where they offer a microwave loop of Hurricane Irene.  And on August 25th, from about 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM, we can see severe “tuning fork” interference patterns from the south-east.  Is this merely a satellite artifact? A glitch in the rendering?  Or did the satellite truly pick up that sort of activity, representing insanely heavy rains or wildly fluctuating temperatures… perhaps something more?  These tuning fork bands are extremely pronounced, much more defined than the easterly forks that emanated fromHurricane Ophelia.  Is this an example of the “pulsing energy” described in Tesla technology and in several research papers regarding HAARP?  But just like Ophelia, as the tuning forks fade away, the storm starts tracking in a different direction.

Hoagland describes the dual heavy rain bands in Ophelia as taking on a “tuning fork” interference pattern that moves in lock step with the eye of the storm.

It is Hoagland’s contention “…based on the physics of these images that these bizarre ‘tuning fork’ patterns — note, geometrically aimed at the precise centers of these respective storms – are actually a “rainfall side-effect” of an unseen energy technology being applied to these respective storms … in an effort to decrease both their wind velocities, and to simultaneously alter the storms’ tracks themselves.”

As a Spectrum Engineer, I see some merit in this electro-magnetic “energy technology” explanation, but I believe Hoagland’s “rainfall side effect” may actually be the main desired effect, given that enough intense cold rain from above, on the storm, could act as a blanket on the storms fire and have the effect of the storm rapidly raining itself out. As I’m no meteorologist, this is mere speculation on my part.

But could this effect possibly be attained using electromagnetic waves? Consider that research indicates, and it’s not unlikely, certain frequencies of high intensity EM fields could have the ability to separate molecules or break up molecular compounds. This could be used for such things as say separating H2O from air allowing the water to fall. Furthermore, as many are starting to learn about, the HAARP facilities are a prime conspiratorial suspect in this potential disturbance in both seismic activity and hurricane intensity.  Perhaps in an attempt to divert the hurricane, it caused an unintended, unusual earthquake in the region?  Is it possibly due to the gas and oil firms fracturing the rock layers (fracking) in their efforts to find more resources?  The earthquake is highly unusual, in and of itself, but there exists no evidence that it is directly involved.  Merely speculation at this point.

I suppose we might never know, but I would be interested in seeing some of the microwave imagery of Hurricane Irene if it is available from the early hours of August 23rd, 2011, and look for any similar tuning-fork bands or rain sheers in geometric patterns.  Ma

High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program

HAARP has been met with controversy since the mid-1990s when the State Duma of Russia issued a press release written by international affairs and defense communities onHAARP and signed by 90 deputies: “The U.S. is creating new integral geophysical weapons that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves … The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to firearms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons. This new type of weapons differs from previous types in that the near-Earth medium becomes at once an object of direct influence and its component.”

“HAARP can zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an “ionospheric heater.” (The ionosphere is the electrically-charged sphere surrounding Earth’s upper atmosphere. It ranges between 40 to 60 miles above the surface of the Earth.)”

In January of 2010, Hugo Chavez claimed that the United States had used HAARP-like technology to cause the Haiti earthquake.

The Latin American leader added that the US should “stop playing God.” Chavez said these “weapon earthquakes” would eventually be used against Iran and be taken over by the US military, notes Hip Hop Wired.

Although Chavez did not reveal his source, Press TV reported the Venezuelan media had stated that the earthquake may be associated with the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), which has been accused of generating violent and disastrous changes in climate.

And from the book, Angels Don’t Play This Haarp: Advances in Tesla Technology:

“The $30 million [Pentagon] project, euphemistically named HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), is made to beam more than 1.7 gigawatts (billion watts) of radiated power into the ionosphere — the electrically charged layer above Earth’s atmosphere. Put simply, the apparatus is a reversal of a radio telescope — just transmitting instead of receiving. It will ‘boil the upper atmosphere’. After [heating] and disturbing the ionosphere, the radiations will bounce back onto the earth in for form of long waves which penetrate our bodies, the ground and the oceans.” [page 8]

“… this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth’s atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level, particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art ….” [Page 28]

“… the goal is to learn how to manipulate the ionosphere on a more grand scale than the the Soviet Union could do with its similar facilities.HAARP would be the largest ionospheric heater in the world, located in a latitude most conducive to putting Eastlund’s invention into practice.” [Page 29]

Furthermore, from this northern latitude, the energy could be aimed into the ionosphere so that it would bounce back down to the earth wherever the engineers wanted it to come down. The secret was to learn how and where to aim it into the ionosphere in order to hit the earth in a particular location.

In a nutshell, this is the nucleus of the expertise required to control the weather and by some accounts – such as Defense Secretary William Cohen and Venezeulan PresidentHugo Chavez – create seismic activity or “earthquake weapons.”  By pouring measured energy that has been focused into certain parts of the ionosphere, scientists can create all kinds of storms, such as hurricanes, thunderstorms, floods, tornadoes and even drought.  China, Malayasia and Russia all openly admit to weather modification operations, including the creation of pinpoint hurricanes and heavy rainstorms.

Then on March 10th, an agent of the dark cabal set a key White Dragon Society member’s mobile alarm to ring at 11 AM Japan time on March 11th . Then at exactly 12:34 two identical e-mails were sent by two individuals to each other giving the geographical coordinates to the Ogasawara Islands. The quake that hit Japan on March 11 was initially given a magnitude of 8.8 but was then revived upwards to 8.9. The quake and tsumani attack was originally intended for Tokyo but was deflected to the North-East of the Ogasawara Islands. A look at the tsunami map will clearly show it does not make sense as a natural disaster because Japan’s major urban locations (except Sendai) along the tsunami hit coast experienced no wave whatsoever. All this sounds very bizarre but can be proven scientifically. Donald Nevins opened up a bank account for his group.  Part of the settlement funds were instructed to be transferred into this account.   He met with Ed Falcone and his bankers assuring them the funds would be wired to the agreed bank coordinates. Donald Nevins indicated he was working on behalf of Bush Senior and the “Agency” [a reference to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)] via his brother, a former CIA Operative and the Lieutenant Governor of Texas, David Dewhurst. Donald Nevins was part of a team, including five (5) other individuals, who flew around the world desperately trying to move money and alter bank account records to hide Bush Senior’s stolen moneys from Falcone and Joe Biden’s bribery money, from pursuing investigators.   We have previously reported about some of these activities. The Dewhurst Files – Part 2   March 22/11  The white Hat Report As part of the on-going saga of scheming perpetrated against so many trusting investors like Edward Falcone by Bush Senior and his cohorts, we are now exposing new information as the prosecution evidence is being assembled and the case moves towards the first writs being served and potential arrests being made.  Mr.Falcone has the signed Bush contract with Don Nevin, passport copy attached, representing Bush in the contractual undertaking.  A bonfire of arrogance may await them when the punitive damages are assessed.   Aligned to the missing TARP Funds and all indications of failed Infrastructure Projects, a lot of questions are already arising with the Political control of DC and State funds. The criminal actions now unfolding will end a few careers. Having stolen vast Billions previously from Mr.Falcone, Bush Sr, operating via Don Nevin, fronting for his brother David Dewhurst Lt. Governor of Texas who was instrumental in setting up the contract for Bush using Don Nevin, then tried to induce Edward Falcone to put up a further $500 million dollars into a joint Monaco Bank account. Lt. Governor David Dewhurst, operating through his brother Don Nevin assured him it would facilitate the immediate release of the long overdue funds owed to him. This was against their original Settlement agreement which they had also breached 2 years previously. An agreement negotiated and signed by ex-President George W. Bush before he left office and then recorded with the CIA for Leon Panetta to perform against. The demand from Nevin for more money was then increased to $550M.  Part of the new $550M now being demanded, involved a fee of $275M from these funds, to be split equally between David Dewhurst and his brother Don Nevin. A Payoff demanded in writing from Nevin.  Having been a previous victim of 5 broken Bush promises, Edward Falcone wisely declined.  The last agreement was also approved for payment by President Obama and the CIA, but defaulted on yet again.  Why would parties failing to perform on so many occasions then expect a further $550M from Mr. Falcone to perform what was already contractually committed as their responsibility?  He refused, as he and his Legal Advisors saw it as another dangerous fraud scheme move by dubious operators. They then agreed to release his money without the $550M now being demanded, but again failed to pay what was long overdue.   Their intent was clear. As with all ruthless fraud operators, it was to steal another $550M from Mr. Falcone. A clear, criminal conspiracy. Bush Sr, his associates and the CIA, had previously ordered the release of settlement money to Mr. Falcone by sending out 5 CHIPS (Clearing House Interbank Payments System) allocated in his name for trading as the beneficiary, for payment owed to him which he also never received. His CHIP funds were diverted in delivery and used by the conspirators to circumvent him, directed instead to multiple bank platform accounts of their own for trading Medium Term Notes, using his named CHIP funds for their own benefit. The attorneys and investigators hold this evidence: records, Traders’ names, amounts and trades. They stole his lawful entitlement of profits and continued to further utilize his cash accounts and CHIPS in conjunction with HSBC, Josef Ackermann Chairman of Deutsche Bank, Bush Sr, Bush Jr, the CIA, Paulson and Greenspan, time after time. There were also further parties participating in addition for each of the individual CHIPS. Other banks were also used for Cash deals.  Parties such as George H. W.
