HAARP, Hurricane Irene and the DC Earthquake …Connected?

UPDATE II, showing anomalous “tuning fork” interference patterns in Irene –

New York City and Washington, DC experienced a rather powerful, shallow earthquake this afternoon, just as a category 1 hurricane is making its way towards the Eastern seaboard.  While these two events seem to be completely seperate, I have a feeling that they could be connected.  Follow me down this rabbit hole, if you will, in a short exercise in conspiracy theory building.

In 1997, US Secretary of Defense William Cohen made the following statement at a well-attended conference on weapons of mass destruction, “Others (terrorists) are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves….So, there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our own (counterterrorism) efforts.”

If you think about it, that’s actually a pretty ominous statement coming from a sitting Secretary of Defense!

And consider that if our government believed terrorists were engaging in these pursuits back in 1997, you can sure as well assume our government, for better or worse, is currently well along in pursuing these abilities as well.

Now, there is a gentleman named Richard C. Hoagland who knows something more about all of this. Hoagland is a scientific researcher with some clout. He was technical science adviser to Walter Cronkite during the Apollo missions, worked with Carl Sagan developing the message discs placed aboard Pioneer spacecraft and has had a close working relationship with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory for many years. Hoagland’s own independent research group is called The Enterprise Mission.

Hoagland claims, among other things, that after scouring hundreds of hours of satellite radar images from a variety of sources, he has documented a phenomenon which he believes is evidence that someone or something is affecting the path and intensity of tropical storms and hurricanes in the Atlantic Ocean. The satellite image loops of the storm tracks indicate some anomalous and erratic behavior in the path and intensity of Hurricane Ophelia.  They show Ophelia as a well-organized, strong category 1 storm off the southeast coast of the US.  Over very warm, late season open water, the US Weather Service predicted a category 4 storm within 24 to 48 hours and the westerly path of the storm track had it headed for landfall along the mid-Atlantic coast.

Instead, in less than 12 hours, the storm had change course and dissipated completely.  The radar image shows something very strange occurring to the storm. As the storm tracks west towards the coast, the satellite precipitation image reveals two extremely heavy, nearly parallel bands of precipitation emanating, in waves from the east, directly toward the eye of the storm. As these heavy bands of precipitation intensify over Hurricane Ophelia, the storm begins to change course, dissipate and is quickly extinguished. The effect is quite dramatic and not at all natural looking. The fact is, intensely heavy bands of cool rainfall falling on the eye of a well organized hurricane, through which the warm waters of the ocean below rise to provide energy and circulation to the hurricane, would have the effect of interfering with that energy flow and for all practical purposes, starving the storm of its fuel.

This is extremely similar to what was currently predicted for Hurricane Irene that is currently making its way up the East Coast.  Until now.  Coincidentally, the time frame leading up to Virginia/DC/New York area experiencing freak seismic activity, Hurricane Irene begins to weaken and move off course, avoiding its initial path of Havanna, inland Florida, the Carolinas, and eventually, the Washington, DC area.  The newly projected paths show that it may barely clip the eastern coast, if at all.  Just as Ophelia did when it threatened the same region.  However, we have microwave imagery of Ophelia and later discovered the anomalous bands of energy and cold rain that pulled it away from the coastline.

It is still yet to be determined with any certainty whether Hurricane Irene will continue out into the ocean and subside or will it regain its strength and head back inland?  The forecasted path certainly changed to a large degree around the time of the earthquake, but I’m not ready to claim that it was altered.  It’s merely an interesting parallel.

UPDATE – August 25th, 2011 :

Hurricane Irene’s New Path – Aug 25th

It would appear that the hurricane has taken a drastic turn for the worse, ramping up to a category 3 and 4, with an altered path directly through Washington, DC and New York City as it tears up the Carolina coasts.  I would be especially interested in finding some various imagery of the hurricane 12 hours before and 12 hours after the DC and Colorado quakes, namely in the microwave spectrum.  Please keep in mind that I am merely pointing out the strange coincidences involved in the quakes, potential-HAARP interference patterns and likely outcomes.  The technology exists to alter storms – both to diminish them and intensify them.  So, if this storm poses such a concern for the global financial markets, national politics and major metropolitan infrastructures, then it could certainly be altered for a better outcome.  Since it is in fact doing the complete opposite, I can only assume that it is engineered to do exactly that.  We will see.

UPDATE II – August 26th, 2011 :

A reader directed me towards CIMSS, where they offer a microwave loop of Hurricane Irene.  And on August 25th, from about 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM, we can see severe “tuning fork” interference patterns from the south-east.  Is this merely a satellite artifact? A glitch in the rendering?  Or did the satellite truly pick up that sort of activity, representing insanely heavy rains or wildly fluctuating temperatures… perhaps something more?  These tuning fork bands are extremely pronounced, much more defined than the easterly forks that emanated fromHurricane Ophelia.  Is this an example of the “pulsing energy” described in Tesla technology and in several research papers regarding HAARP?  But just like Ophelia, as the tuning forks fade away, the storm starts tracking in a different direction.

End of Update II

Hoagland describes the dual heavy rain bands in Ophelia as taking on a “tuning fork” interference pattern that moves in lock step with the eye of the storm.

It is Hoagland’s contention “…based on the physics of these images that these bizarre ‘tuning fork’ patterns — note, geometrically aimed at the precise centers of these respective storms – are actually a “rainfall side-effect” of an unseen energy technology being applied to these respective storms … in an effort to decrease both their wind velocities, and to simultaneously alter the storms’ tracks themselves.”

As a Spectrum Engineer, I see some merit in this electro-magnetic “energy technology” explanation, but I believe Hoagland’s “rainfall side effect” may actually be the main desired effect, given that enough intense cold rain from above, on the storm, could act as a blanket on the storms fire and have the effect of the storm rapidly raining itself out. As I’m no meteorologist, this is mere speculation on my part.

But could this effect possibly be attained using electromagnetic waves? Consider that research indicates, and it’s not unlikely, certain frequencies of high intensity EM fields could have the ability to separate molecules or break up molecular compounds. This could be used for such things as say separating H2O from air allowing the water to fall. It seems this would be more plausible over open water than over land as water vapor levels and atmospheric conditions over large bodies of water would seem more conducive. – via Glenn Kreisberg at http://www.grahamhancock.com/forum/KreisbergG2.php

Furthermore, as many are starting to learn about, the HAARP facilities are a prime conspiratorial suspect in this potential disturbance in both seismic activity and hurricane intensity.  Perhaps in an attempt to divert the hurricane, it caused an unintended, unusual earthquake in the region?  Is it possibly due to the gas and oil firms fracturing the rock layers (fracking) in their efforts to find more resources?  The earthquake is highly unusual, in and of itself, but there exists no evidence that it is directly involved.  Merely speculation at this point.

I suppose we might never know, but I would be interested in seeing some of the microwave imagery of Hurricane Irene if it is available from the early hours of August 23rd, 2011, and look for any similar tuning-fork bands or rain sheers in geometric patterns.  Ma

High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program

HAARP has been met with controversy since the mid-1990s when the State Duma of Russia issued a press release written by international affairs and defense communities onHAARP and signed by 90 deputies: “The U.S. is creating new integral geophysical weapons that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves … The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to firearms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons. This new type of weapons differs from previous types in that the near-Earth medium becomes at once an object of direct influence and its component.”

“HAARP can zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an “ionospheric heater.” (The ionosphere is the electrically-charged sphere surrounding Earth’s upper atmosphere. It ranges between 40 to 60 miles above the surface of the Earth.)”

In January of 2010, Hugo Chavez claimed that the United States had used HAARP-like technology to cause the Haiti earthquake.

The Latin American leader added that the US should “stop playing God.” Chavez said these “weapon earthquakes” would eventually be used against Iran and be taken over by the US military, notes Hip Hop Wired.

Although Chavez did not reveal his source, Press TV reported the Venezuelan media had stated that the earthquake may be associated with the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), which has been accused of generating violent and disastrous changes in climate.

And from the book, Angels Don’t Play This Haarp: Advances in Tesla Technology:

“The $30 million [Pentagon] project, euphemistically named HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), is made to beam more than 1.7 gigawatts (billion watts) of radiated power into the ionosphere — the electrically charged layer above Earth’s atmosphere. Put simply, the apparatus is a reversal of a radio telescope — just transmitting instead of receiving. It will ‘boil the upper atmosphere’. After [heating] and disturbing the ionosphere, the radiations will bounce back onto the earth in for form of long waves which penetrate our bodies, the ground and the oceans.” [page 8]

“… this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth’s atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level, particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art ….” [Page 28]

“… the goal is to learn how to manipulate the ionosphere on a more grand scale than the the Soviet Union could do with its similar facilities.HAARP would be the largest ionospheric heater in the world, located in a latitude most conducive to putting Eastlund’s invention into practice.” [Page 29]

Furthermore, from this northern latitude, the energy could be aimed into the ionosphere so that it would bounce back down to the earth wherever the engineers wanted it to come down. The secret was to learn how and where to aim it into the ionosphere in order to hit the earth in a particular location.

In a nutshell, this is the nucleus of the expertise required to control the weather and by some accounts – such as Defense Secretary William Cohen and Venezeulan PresidentHugo Chavez – create seismic activity or “earthquake weapons.”  By pouring measured energy that has been focused into certain parts of the ionosphere, scientists can create all kinds of storms, such as hurricanes, thunderstorms, floods, tornadoes and even drought.  China, Malayasia and Russia all openly admit to weather modification operations, including the creation of pinpoint hurricanes and heavy rainstorms.

Hospital patients now being microchipped with “electronic tattoos”

(NaturalNews) Being microchipped is now being spun as a method of protecting the health of hospital patients. To help mask the practice of this bodily invasion with a trendy, high-tech appearance, microchipping sensors are being referred to as “electronic tattoos” that can attach to human skin and stretch and move without breaking.

Supposedly the comparisons of this hair-thin electronic patch-like chip to an electronic tattoo are being made because of how it adheres to the skin like a temporary tattoo using only water.

The small chip is less than 50 micrometers thick, which is thinner in diameter than a human hair. It is being marketed as a “safe” and easy way to temporarily monitor the heart and brain in patients while replacing bulky medical equipment currently being used in hospitals.

This device uses micro-electronics technology called an epidermal electronic system (EES) and is said to be a development that will “transform” medical sensing technology, computer gaming and even spy operations, according to a study published last week.

The hair-thin chip was developed by an international team of researchers from the United States, China and Singapore and is described in the Journal of Science.

The proven link between animal microchipping and cancer

Pet microchips have become increasingly common over the past few years. These chips are marked with a small barcode that can be scanned just like the tags on grocery items.

This seems to suggest that microchips are meant to turn the wearer into an object that can be tracked and catalogued. Once inserted in an animal, the chip stays there for the entirety of its lifetime and can be used to identify the pet if it should be found on the street or turned into a shelter. The subdermal chips are often recommended by vets and animal care experts as a way to ensure lost pets find their way home again.

But research suggests that despite their proclaimed usefulness, pet microchips may cause cancer. Multiple studies have clearly linked pet microchips with increased incidence of cancer and tumors in mice and rats.

In the past, public disclosure of these suggested links between microchipping and cancer in animals stirred widespread concern over the safety of implantable microchips in living beings. The animal microchip study findings that created such an uproar were so persuasive that Dr. Robert Benezra, head of the Cancer Biology Genetics Program at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, was quoted in an article aboutmicrochipping as saying, “There’s no way in the world, having read this information, that I would have one of those chips implanted in my skin, or in one of my family members.”

A 2001 study found that 1% of rats with implanted microchips developed cancerous tumors near the chip location. At least a dozen animal studies have been done between 1990 and 2007 and most concluded that microchips significantly increased the risk of cancer at the microchip site.

Soon we’ll all have “cool electronic tattoos!”

All the electronic parts of the new EES chip are built out of wavy, snake-like components which allow them to be stretched and squeezed. They also contain tiny solar cells which can generate power or get energy from electromagnetic radiation. The sensor is mounted on to a water-soluble sheet of plastic and attached to the body by brushing the surface with water – hence the comparison to a temporary tattoo.

This new device being implanted in hospital patients certainly looks and acts like a microchip – yet it is persistently being referred to as an “electronic tattoo” in order to make the concept appear harmless, friendly – even trendy!

Invasive microchips – is the cost worth the convenience?

Scientists claim the supposed advantage of the EES chips is their ability to cut back on the bevy of wires, gel-coated sticky pads and monitors that are currently relied on to keep track of the vital signs of hospital patients. Apparently these traditional forms of bulky equipment and monitors are overly “distressing” to patients.

It appears scientists believe these new microchips are convenient enough that they outweigh the potential risks.

In test trials, the microchip was purposefully attached to the throat of a human and used to detect differences in words such as up, down, left, right, go and stop. Researchers used these functions to control a simple computer game.

Is the convenience of not having to manually operate equipment great enough to justify the implantation of an electronic sensor beneath the skin of humans? Would you trust a microchip to monitor your bodily functions without causing health hazards in the process?

The future of America: microchipped zombies

Researchers believe the technology could be used to replace traditional wires and cables, but this sounds remarkably like an excuse used to cover up the real truth: that this newmicrochipping method is a way to ensure all of us are eventually microchipped and able to be tracked and monitored. Soon, everyone will be required to wear chips or “tattoos” that prove they got their vaccinations, to link to health records, credit history and social security records.

If the government can require Americans to carry microchipped documents including your work, financial and health records, it seems it is only a matter of time before these chips will be implanted for the sake of “convenience” or “security.” According to them, all of this is being done “for our own good.”

21 Books The Ruling Elite Doesn’t Want You to Read

The sole purpose of COINTELPRO was to destroy individuals and groups perceived as threats to the status quo in the United States.  COINTELPRO was “officially” ended in 1971—although it never really ended.  After the 911 attacks, the government went at it again, but this time with a scared and more dumbed-down complicit public.  Exactly forty-six days after the towers came crumbing down Bush signed the USA Patriot Act.  This virtually eliminated restrictions on law enforcement agencies’ ability to search telephone, e-mail communications, medical, financial, and other records.  What we used to consider illegal eavesdropping is now reclassified as something else — an emergency.  According to an official DOJ report, the use of “emergency”, warrantless requests to ISPs for customer communications content has skyrocketed over 400% in a single year.  No outrage, no accountability.  The majority of people are now more concerned about how to feed their families; civil liberties will just have to take a back seat until things improve.

The inequality and oppression in America now resembles that of a third world oligarchy.  The only purpose of an oligarchy is to perpetuate oligarchic rule.  Hence, “change” is not a choice, lest the rulers might be held to account for their crimes.  Upward mobility is no longer attainable; the days of “hard work and dedication bringing success” are over. It would be a slap in the face to say that to the more than “317,000 waiters and waitresses (over 8,000 of which have a doctoral or professional degree), along with over 80,000 bartenders, and over 18,000 parking lot attendants” Americans who graduated from college. The cancer of nepotism and cronyism are the order of the day. It is mathematically impossible to hold a job while paying for exorbitant college tuition, unless of course you come from the fast-shrinking upper-middle class.

The majority of voters voted for Obama in 2008 because they wanted change.  The word “change” did resonate in the hearts of Americans, but, unfortunately, the people were once again bamboozled.  Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.  Voting appears to be the least viable solution; the more productive path is to organize locally. The following list of books contains sources not often cited by mainstream media . . . and there is a reason for that.  These books promote critical thinking, revisit the coverups of history, and promote individual empowerment.  They should be read widely in order to raise awareness of the situation facing America today, so that we can take back what has been taken from us.

21. Propaganda, Edward Bernays
Media control and propaganda is how the rest of what is contained in the books that follows is ever made possible.  Without belief in the orchestrated events of history, the tactics employed by the ruling elite could never work.  This is an essential place to start to learn how human perception is altered so that a false reality can be created and accepted. Or, as Bernays himself said, “The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute aninvisible government which is the true ruling power of our country.”

This is the classic exposé of the Fed that has become one of the best-selling books in its category of all time. Where does money come from? Where does it go? Who makes it? The money magician’s secrets are unveiled. Here is a close look at their mirrors and smoke machines, the pulleys, cogs, and wheels that create the grand illusion called money. A boring subject? Just wait. You’ll be hooked in five minutes. It reads like a detective story – which it really is, but it’s all true. This book is about the most blatant scam of history. It’s all here: the cause of wars, boom-bust cycles, inflation, depression, prosperity. Your world view will definitely change. Putting it quite simply, this may be the most important book on world affairs you will ever read.

2.  War at Home: Covert action against U.S. activists and what we can do about it, Brian Glick
This book was written in 1989 is provides thorough coverage and analysis of the FBI’s COINTELPRO program which targeted political activists.  Beyond the program itself is the cultural analysis which is more important than ever, as COINTELPRO 2.0 has been launched in the wake of the War on Terror.  The methods used abroad in counterintelligence have come home to roost.  The plan for what activists can do to protect themselves is more valuable than ever.

6 Ways Food is Being Used as a Weapon

Hungry people will do anything for food, which means that those who have control over food can use it as leverage. In 1974, Henry Kissinger suggested using food as a weapon to induce targeted population reduction in a previously classified 200-page report, National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.  The primary tactic to be applied is that food aid would be withheld from developing nations until they submitted to birth control policies:

There is also some established precedent for taking account of family planning performance in appraisal of assistance requirements by AID [U.S. Agency for International Development] and consultative groups. Since population growth is a major determinant of increases in food demand, allocation of scarce PL 480 resources should take account of what steps a country is taking in population control as well as food production. In these sensitive relations, however, it is important in style as well as substance to avoid the appearance of coercion.

So, food was to be used as just another method of imperial colonization to force countries to conform their policies to those desired by the controllers. Notably, this tactic only works as a blunt weapon on territories enduring a severe economic collapse and with little resources for food production. Today, however, it appears that the entire globe is receiving an arsenal of food bombs as there appears to be a multifaceted attack on people’s access to food.  In other words, what has been an admitted tactic for nearly 40 years of controlling food aid for regional population reduction has now grown more complex and expansive.

Because of massive corporate consolidation of agriculture, centrally coordinated global regulations, a devalued commodity-dollar and unrestrained commodity speculation, chemical and genetic modification, and real or manipulated food shortages; there is indeed a war being waged — with food as the primary weapon.  Understand, this is a not purely a war on food, but rather a war on the general population. Therefore, it is crucial to understand these tactics in order to defend against them.

Here are six ways food is being used to wage war against the population:

1. Food inflation: Crippling food inflation is now affecting every corner of the world with the poorest feeling the worst pangs.  The U.N.  Food and Agriculture Organization’s (FAO) food price index increased by 3 points to 234 points in June – a 39% increase on the year. These increases are causing mass starvation and rioting in many poor regions of the world, but they are also beginning to punish the middle-class in the Industrialized nations.  The price of food is inflating primarily because of a devalued commodity-dollar from excessive money printing and Wall Street commodity speculation.  Perhaps it’s more appropriate to call it commodity manipulation, not speculation.  As William Engdahl recently pointed out: “The ability to manipulate the price of essential foods worldwide at will — almost irrespective of today’s physical supply and demand for grains — is quite recent….Up until the grain crisis of the mid-1970s there was no single ‘world price’ for grain, the benchmark for the price of all foods and food products.”

What fuels commodity speculation is not just the obvious decline of the dollar and a flight to something tangible, but also genuine supply concerns based on a variety of factors that cause crop shortages like extreme weather or disease. Regardless of real or manipulated food shortages, food prices will continue to rise because of increased demand and an incrementally weaker dollar. Luckily, there are many ways to protect yourself from food inflation and the food war in general.

2. Shortages: Through supply controls, food shortages have been used as a weapon to create regional conflicts, to encourage peacekeeping missions, and as a foreign policy carrot — as clearly outlined in Kissinger’s 1974, Memorandum 200. The most recent examples can be found with the current and ongoing negotiations with North Korea who perpetually holds a nuclear gun to the West’s head in exchange for food. Somalia, who was food self-sufficient until the 1970s, has become a “failed state” because of food shortages.  Significantly, the situation in Somalia and other large-scale famine are usually caused by a manipulated economic collapse.  In fact, many have reported that the lack of food was an underlying factor of the Egyptian revolution.

Because of corporate consolidation of staple crops such as corn, soybeans, and wheat — and the central control of food aid — it is now easy to manipulate food shortages. But, clearly, there are also catastrophic weather events that destroy production in entire regions such as the heat wave in Russia last summer that caused them to restrict wheat exports in what some referred to as food wars. Many countries who had contracts with Russia were not happy, and their protectionist move had global effects on the food prices.  In other words, imminent food shortages are typically a localized problem, but because the food system is so interconnected, local problems now affect the global community.

3. Chemical Additives:  Chemical additives, from pesticides to preservatives, can only be viewed as a weapon in the depopulation agenda. Clearly, laboratory-concocted chemicals were never meant for human consumption.  Therefore, they can only be attributed to an effort to deliberately and slowly poison the population. Many food and drink toxins like fluoride, aspartame, or monosodium glutamate (MSG) are now well-known to have negative health effects. Other lab creations like high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) are also beginning to prove very unhealthy with tests showing mercury in corn syrup.  Incidentally, we dare you to find any sweet food that doesn’t contain either aspartame or HFCS.  Even wholesome Campbell’s Tomato soup has HFCS, as does Heinz ketchup — while nearly every candy or gum contains aspartame.  It’s estimated that the average American consumes 12 teaspoons ofHFCS per day, while the younger population consumes nearly double that. “Mercury is toxic in all its forms. Given how much high-fructose corn syrup is consumed by children, it could be a significant additional source of mercury never before considered,” said Dr. David Wallinga of the Agriculture and Trade Policy whose study found about a third of brand-name foods with HFCS had measurable amounts of mercury.

Pesticides fall into the chemical additive category — GM pesticides especially (called Bt toxins).  They are found in the blood stream of nearly all North Americans, and even in 80% of their unborn babies. It is presumed these toxins are acquired by eating genetically modified corn or soy, and from the livestock that feed on it.  A recent study proved that the chemical found in best-selling pesticides, glyphosate, causes birth defects among other ailments.  We must understand that although all of these toxins, and a host of others, are approved for consumption by the FDA, it doesn’t make them safe.  And even the ones that have exotic names but have yet to be proven to have ill effects surely have a cumulative impact on human health.  They’re so pervasive that it seems impossible to evade them, but there are still ways to eat like a human.

4. Regulations:  By restricting food freedom, regulatory agencies purposely increase dependence on the Big Ag monopoly cartel that fully controls the basic building blocks of food. Simply put, those who control the corn, wheat, soybeans and rice, control all food, since all livestock and all processed foods are dependent on those food sources.  In America, and increasingly around the world, this cartel places their cronies in government regulatory agencies like the USDA to weed out their competition through excessive regulation.  Furthermore, this restriction of food freedom is happening in concert across the globe, precisely because it is a top-down globalist initiative driven by international regulatory agencies such as the World Trade Organization and the United Nations. It is a complex, interwoven agenda that takes into account everything from health safety to land use rights in order to force independent food producers to conform in ways that only benefit a global corporate structure.  Regulatory agencies are one of the primary weapons deployed against independent living.

5. Genetic Modification:  There are many reasons to avoid eating genetically modified food, from health concerns to supporting a fundamentally evil food cartel.  Genetically modified foods are the path to monopolies over human life through patented technology and environmental destruction by chemical-heavy monoculture practices.  GMOs are so pervasive in the United States that it is estimated that 70% of the average American diet contains them.  Many European countries, and other regions, have rejected GMOs.  Hungary recently destroyed illegal GM corn crops and plans to make distributing seeds a felony offense. However, because of corporate/political pressure, most resistant countries are being forced to adopt them.  All of this despite the fact that environmental infection and contamination are proven effects of transgenic plants.  Meanwhile, the control is being implemented under convoluted patent laws, where the mutation itself signifies originality and control over the natural organism it imitates.

6. The Weather:  Weather undeniably affects food access and food costs.  One glance at maps across the globe reveals that food production areas are being especially hard hit, and we are seeing prices rise accordingly.  These natural events can be exploited both by speculators and governments. However, with the introduction ofweather modification, invested in by those such as Bill Gates and openly promoted by elite globalist think tanks, concerns have been raised over the possibility that governments could use weather as a deliberate weapon to create food wars.  Accusations have already been leveled charging exactly that.  While some might dismiss the various possibilities of “steering the weather” for malevolent purposes as conspiracy, it is much more difficult to ignore the 1996 document presented to the Air Force titled Owning the Weather 2025 (PDF), which explicitly states as a heading on page 10: Applying Weather-modification to Military Operations.  One key section states that weather control could be virtual, as well as literal:

Offensive abilities could provide spoofing options to create virtual weather in the enemy’s sensory and information systems, making it more likely for them to make decisions producing results of our choosing rather than theirs. It would also allow for the capability to mask or disguise our weather-modification activities.

[…]

Also key to the feasibility of such a system is the ability to model the extremely complex nonlinear system of global weather in ways that can accurately predict the outcome of changes in the influencing variables.

Conceivably, with enough lead time and the right conditions, you could get “made-to-order” weather.

This would certainly be the ultimate endgame for anyone wishing to use food as a weapon of control and profit.  This possibility should not be easily dismissed, but rather it warrants open-minded investigation and research.

As we can see, food control is full spectrum, with wars being declared on the individual, states, and sovereign nations simultaneously.  Food controllers utilize health, politics, and economics to integrate their agenda.  Only full spectrum solutions can be employed as protection.  There is much hope to be offered through alternative markets, barter systems, and local co-ops.  We welcome your thoughts in the comments section below about other creative ideas we can implement to preserve our independence.
